My experience with Geoff commenced when I sought a position he was sourcing. I discovered Geoff to be a man of great integrity. He did what he agreed to, and his questions and comments told me that he had understood me and listened very carefully.

As it turned out, I wasn't the successful candidate for the position. But through our subsequent phone conversations and meetings I have come to know Geoff as a friend and mentor.
