Geoff has an extensive background in human resources having worked in the industry for more than 30 years in Australia, the US and New Zealand.
Geoff has spent the last 4 years managing his own HR Consulting Business focusing on Executive & Career Coaching, Executive Search and HR Consulting.
Geoff has advised many companies and senior executives on how to align work experience with company culture to ensure a positive and successful outcome.
In Geoff’s career he has interviewed approximately 25,000 people and is renown for his ability to help people develop their careers.

Outside of work, Geoff likes to keep fit and is a passionate supporter of the Geelong Football Club.
